2021 is here! A new year, a new outlook, a fresh start. Each year I look forward to writing this letter as an opportunity to thank you for your partnership and tell you about our ambitions for the upcoming year. Considering everything we have gone through together in 2020, this letter is especially important.

PAST

Each year, I look back and am humbled when I consider the number of customers who have depended on us and partnered with us to support their operations. This year we are overwhelmingly grateful for the strong relationships we’ve built with you. We are proud to be an essential partner in your success. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for allowing us to be your trusted provider and giving us the opportunity to be there when you needed us most. We are truly grateful to have you as part of our Bassett Mechanical Family.

PRESENT

2021 is definitely going to look different. We haven’t let the challenges of 2020 distract us from our passion for innovation or our drive toward safe, reliable, complete solutions. Our fiscal year began in October, so we have already immersed ourselves in some exciting initiatives for the coming year aimed at providing you with an even greater experience with us. 2021 is here and we are ready!

Thank you for being part of our 85-year history, for partnering with us today, and for journeying with us into an exciting new 2021.

FUTURE

Along with accomplishing our many goals for the coming year, we are also looking forward to celebrating our 85th year in business! From our beginning in 1936 with just one man and a truck to 2021 with more than 400 associates and 4 locations across the State of Wisconsin – we have a great deal to celebrate! I am humbly reminded that 85 years would not be possible without our loyal customers or our dedicated associates who serve them. Both are incredibly important parts of our Bassett Mechanical Family and we look forward to Creating Customers for Life® together for another 85+ years!

While we can’t predict the future or what 2021 will bring us, we can promise you this: we are committed to offering complete design, engineering, installation, fabrication, and service solutions for all your industrial refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, metal fabrication, and service needs.
