Happy New Year! Can you believe it’s already 2018? Each year I find myself asking, “Where did the time go?”, and every year it seems to have flown by even faster than the year before. Recognizing how very precious our time is, I want to personally thank you for your time and loyalty to Bassett Mechanical in 2017. We know you have other choices in a Mechanical Contractor, Metal Fabricator, or Service provider and yet you chose to spend 2017 with us and we deeply appreciate that you have given us the opportunity to take care of you and your company.

Looking back in time, more than 80 years have passed since our inception in 1936. While we continue to change and grow, some things still remain the same. We continue to do our best to bring you safe, quality, custom-engineered solutions with an industry-leading team of engineers, fabricators, installers, and service professionals. We’ve promised you our expertise and we deliver it. Each day we build our relationships based on trust, integrity, and mutual respect. That is our unwavering pledge to you and we stand by it.

Looking forward into the new year, we see unlimited potential for our future partnership and the ways we hope to meet and exceed your expectations. We continue to expand our technology, capabilities, and training to offer you the award-winning solutions you deserve. Our commitment to quality is proven by our ISO 9001:2015 certification and in our Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on customer-centered deliverables. Saying we are “committed to safety” is an understatement. We are nearing 3 Million hours without a lost time injury and have implemented a Behavioral Based Safety program that allows us to dedicate our resources to finding more ways to not only keep our associates safe but also the people, facilities, and products of our customers as well. We strive hard to not only to create customers for 2018, but to Create Customers for Life™.
