BASSETT TRAINING ACADEMY

Our internally designed, one-of-a-kind Bassett Training Academy is a proactive and structured educational program for new and existing associates seeking training in industrial ammonia refrigeration.

Bassett Training Academy (BTA) is a comprehensive three-year program to train engineers, service technicians, and process safety management associates in ammonia refrigeration best practices. We created this curriculum to help our associates stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the industry to provide our customers the most innovative solutions and services possible. Graduates of our training academy meet all the industry requirements and certifications that our customers expect.

The BTA internal and external training opportunities include:

Company-paid education and training with technical experts
Direct supervisor, BTA administrator, and mentor/coach support
Classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job training opportunities
