Bassett Mechanical is proud to announce the appointment of Nicole Tritt as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Nicole joins Bassett Mechanical with extensive experience in organizational development and leadership in human resources. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Schreiber Foods, where she was known for her strategic vision and people-first approach—qualities that align perfectly with Bassett Mechanical’s commitment to growth and its strong family culture.
In her role as CHRO, Nicole will lead the company’s Organizational Development (OD) initiatives, focusing on culture development and transformation, strategic change management, and the long-term growth and development of Bassett Mechanical’s associates. Her leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the company remains a place where people thrive, both professionally and personally.
