At Bassett Mechanical, we fulfill our customers’ wish lists for greater speed and precision with one CNC Laser Center and a plasma table. These high-speed cutting centers are the answer for customers requiring highly precise, fast, and economical cutting. Our plasma cutting capabilities include a wide variety of metals and flat materials over 2 inches thick. With a 10’x 40′ material bed, an articulating cutting head (for bevel cutting) and scribing capabilities, CNC accuracy and repeatability are assured.

Our forming capabilities include:
- 5 press brakes from 60 to 750-ton capacity
- Several plate rollers, the largest of which can roll up to 1-1/8 inch thick, 10-foot wide steel
- A horizontal bar roller for bending various types of bar stock including angles, tees, channels, flat bar, pipe, and square stock.

HYGIENIC DUCT SOLUTIONS FOR FOOD PROCESSORS

Food processing – including dairy, meat and cheese processing, and ready-to-eat (RTE) food preparation – requires hygienic air handling as a critical element of your food processing system. To maintain sanitary standards, hygienic duct design and fabrication is required.
