SAFETY IN ACTION

All Bassett Mechanical associates participate in occupational training programs to boost their knowledge and understanding of our workplace safety processes and learn how to perform their jobs best to support a safe work environment for themselves and those around them. Our in-depth project planning ensures associates have the training, tools, and time to do their jobs safely.

Our Behavior Based Safety Program applies the science of behavior change to actual workplace situations. This program allows us to continuously improve safety by engaging associates in safety conversations, minimizing risks, analyzing trends, and eliminating potential hazards before incidents occur.
